Our director Sherali Lakhani is an ADR Group accredited civil and commercial mediator, and we always consider negotiation, mediation and arbitration before litigation. When court proceedings are necessary, we take them forward firmly and efficiently.

Debt recovery fees (claims up to £100,000)

Court fees are payable in addition and depend on the amount claimed (see gov.uk court fees). Undefended claims typically take 4 to 16 weeks to judgment; defended claims can take 20 to 65 weeks.
Other litigation fees
Other disputes are charged at our hourly rates. We give you a written estimate at the outset, explain the risk of having to pay the other side’s costs, and update the estimate as the matter progresses. We will also tell you about funding options such as legal expenses insurance.
